Terms of Service

1. The service

ToolCupboard is a web control panel that helps Rust server admins monitor and administer their servers via RCON, manage plugins, wipes, whitelists and players. ToolCupboard is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios; Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios Ltd.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to break the law or violate someone else's rights;
• attempt to access servers, plugins or accounts you do not own;
• disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer or scrape it;
• share paid modules with users who did not purchase them.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you connect to ToolCupboard (server details, player lists, configuration, etc.). You grant us the minimum licence needed to store and process that data to operate the service on your behalf.

5. Paid modules

Some modules are unlocked automatically when we can verify a matching purchase on Codefling. Refunds, chargebacks and entitlement disputes for Codefling purchases are handled by Codefling under their own terms.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, typically after notice unless immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of server data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced inside the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the country where the service operator is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
